Welcome to our home near Saint-Émilion, in the heart of Bordeaux wine country. We lived in both Brisbane and Byron Bay before selling up in Byron Bay and making the move to France. We’re restoring its character while creating rooms that feel personal, beautiful and full of life.
On Almost a Château, we share the work behind the vision: restoration projects, interiors, antique finds, brocante days and the everyday realities of making a life in France.
